In early October, I attended the 35th Annual Conference of the International Association for Perceptual Control Theory. This event provided an opportunity to connect with my international colleagues as we work to refine and advance these therapeutic methods.
I am a member of the Climate Psychology Alliance and the Climate Minds Coalition. The aim of these organisations is to understand how climate change worries affect people and explore ways therapy can help. I continue to contribute to this through my research and practice of Walk and Talk Therapy, which uses outdoor environments to support the therapy process.
